Your new company are a reputable main contractor with a great reputation. You will be a member of the small works department and will be estimating tenders up to 1 million.
Your new role
They are currently seeking an Estimator to join their existing team to support the growing number of enquiries being received. Candidates need to be suitably qualified with previous main contracting experience, however candidates from assistant to senior level will be considered.
What you’ll need to succeed
Preparation of accurate quotations for submission to clients across private and framework enquire.
Managing and collating all information in a methodical approach in accordance with bids and tenders.
Cost planning from information both internally and from external sources.
Negotiating costings and budgets across clients, subcontractors and external consultants.
Submission of competitive tenders and subsequent procurement of work for the business.
Attending pre and post tender meetings as required.
Full clean driving license.
